Requests for work can be emailed to our office at info@cpmsupport.com, or they can be requested online through our website as well as the Associations web portal.

We are open to the public Monday through Friday from 9:00AM – 4:00PM, excluding holidays.

There is an emergency service provider for your site. Please call only in case of an after hours emergency: 855-525-2684; If this is an emergency for the fire department, police or medical emergency, please dial 9-1-1.

There are multiple methods of payment available to all co-owners in good standing with the Association:
1. Co-owners may mail checks to the Association’s bank (CIT Bank). Checks should be written to the Association and mailed to:

2. Co-owners may pay online through C- Property Pay (bank fees may apply); the website is: https://propertypay.cit.com/ Please contact

3. Co-owners may pay through Automated Clearing house by signing up for Ach through our office
4. Co-owners may have their personal banking institution provide monthly payment.

Co-owners in good standing are able to initiate payment through the Association’s bank online at any time of day. (bank fees may apply).

Through our software system, co-owners may access their personal statement of account, initiate a work order, or initiate an alteration modification. The Board members will have real-time access to the Financial statements as well.

Co-owners who receive a violation may dispute it in writing to the Board of Directors. In order to dispute the violation , please download the form here and submit to info@cpmsupport.com.
